My Story

Rooted in care and craft

The Willow Method was built on a simple belief: your home should be a place of calm, health, and beauty — and the way it's cleaned should reflect those same values.

Based in Abergavenny, I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience to every home I care for. Today I offer one thing, and give it my whole attention: a full day of eco cleaning and housekeeping, tailored to each home.

What I stand for

These aren't just words on a page — they're the principles that guide every booking, every visit, and every product choice I make.

Kind to Your Home

I treat your home with the same respect and care I'd give my own. Every surface, every corner, every detail matters to me.

Gentle on the Earth

My commitment to eco-friendly, plant-based products isn't a marketing choice — it's a deeply held value that shapes everything I do.

Exceptionally Thorough

I don't cut corners. Every clean is carried out with meticulous attention to detail and genuine pride in the result.

My Background

25 years of caring for homes

Everything I do is guided by experience, thoughtfulness and a genuine love of creating beautiful, healthy spaces.

Where it began

With over two decades of working in people's homes, The Willow Method was founded to offer something different — a cleaning service with heart, integrity, and a genuine commitment to environmental responsibility.

The eco commitment

I made an early decision to use only plant-based, non-toxic products — not because it was trendy, but because it was right. Right for your family's health, right for your pets, and right for the planet. That commitment has never wavered.

Rooted in Abergavenny

I'm proud to care for homes across Abergavenny and the surrounding areas of Monmouthshire and Powys. This is my community, and I take that responsibility seriously.

Looking forward

The Willow Method continues to grow by word of mouth — the best possible endorsement. Offering a single, full-day service means every home gets my complete attention, tailored to what it needs most. Each new client is welcomed with the same warmth and professionalism as the last.
